Health and Safety is at the heart of AC Beck

AC Beck accent

Ensuring we go above and beyond for Staff & Clients

At AC Beck we place health and safety at the heart of all of our operations. Before a foot is laid on site health and safety is the main focus and only after assessments have been completed and signed off do we start on site. We employ a health and safety consultant that provides security and consistency across the company and we are in regular communication, updated new legislation and maintaining good practise.

Annual Training

Training needs to start right. This begins with employees attending a training day in collaboration with Dulux at their academy which occurs at the beginning of each year. We cover health and safety, team building and in house training for the coming year.

Specific training

All employees receive mandatory training and all staff are encouraged to further their potential with targeted training. We also collaborate with Dulux at their academy on varied training needs from CDM to gilding.

Health and safety meeting

Regular, twice monthly health and safety meetings are held in house to assess all matters relating to HSE and also training needs and the paper trail required to evidence good practice.

Consultants

We are in regular communication with our health and safety experts and once a year all areas of health and safety are reviewed and amended accordingly. This feeds into our company policies and day to day running of the company.
