A.C.Beck were instructed to carry out the redecoration of 6no. High end penthouse Apartments as part of the main contractors Grosvenor Square Flagship development. These works followed on from a previous decoration project for Lodha Developers.

Challenges

Working to a strict and developing interior design programme using high end materials such as Farrow & Ball Paint, digital wall papers and working around expensive finishes by other trades.

Results

The project required our most experienced decorators to pay the upmost attention to detail with digital print wall papers & other high end finishes. The client was thrilled with the overall finish and was part of a succession of penthouse redecorations across Central London.

We hired A.C. Beck as our decorators to work on painting 221 apartments and papering all the residential common areas. Once the pandemic hit they stayed with us throughout, helping with Aftercare as well as doing all the decoration for around 10 show apartments. Due to the quality of their work, in particular their papering, we also used them at our flagship Grosvenor Square development for a number of show apartments.
