Simultaneous Projects in Earls Court
In the height of COVID-19, A.C.Beck were successful in winning 2 projects for Daniel Watney in Earls Court. The decision was made that with less pedestrian footfall & facilities to space operatives as per guidelines, that both projects could be run simultaneously. With both blocks receiving scaffold to Front & Rear elevations, works included full redecoration, lead work to parapet walls & cornice’s alongside replacement of the barrel roof to one of the blocks.

Challenges
Programming access, labour & resource across two projects required a laser focus on all aspects ensuring works were kept to schedule. Erecting scaffold on a TFL Red Route, situated on one of West London's busiest roads, required meticulous planning, liaison with authorities and supervision.
Results
Works were delivered on time & under budget. Carrying out a project in this vicinity requires Health & Safety as well as site management to be impeccable due the amount of pedestrians walking under scaffolding. The works look great and the client was satisfied.
