Challenging access to riverside property
Summer is always busy with external redecoration of flats, offices and houses. Baltic court is a river fronted property in Henley-on-Thames with fantastic views across the Thames. We performed repairs to doors, windows and replaced bricks due to water damage. We also painted stone work, windows and railings. The challenge here was restricted access to the front and rear allowing residents to access continual freedom of movement. To the front was a one way system and we needed to access the front of the building with scaffolding, to the rear was tight spacing in which to fit a scaffold but the need for residents to access the rear of the building was needed. The works were completed with no issues and final decorations made Baltic Court look fresh and bright. The colour scheme maybe simple but is striking in its effect.
