From our New Starter induction programme to the way we manage subcontractors, all of AC Beck’s systems and processes are shaped by a comprehensive Health & Safety (H&S) policy, built on industry best practice.

To consistently achieve the highest safety standards, we take a structured approach to H&S management and training. Before any AC Beck employee or subcontractor sets foot on site, we compile a detailed H&S plan, along with method statements and risk assessments – all fully compliant with CDM regulations.

Our site inductions and Toolbox Talks ensure that the entire AC Beck workforce puts the H&S plan into practice. We also monitor safety standards throughout a project, with regular site checks and H&S audits. And we complete an assessment at the end of every contract – to help us improve our processes for future projects.
