There are five main criterion when looking at maintenance cycles:-

• Redecoration cycles
• Specification

Though our quality control system we provide an excellent standard of both workmanship and quality of service, and in Dulux and ICI we feel we use the best quality paint systems on offer.

Specification and redecoration cycles are very important. In the past these two criteria have been sacrificed for short-term cost savings. However, in the long-term the decision to forgo a well-planned maintenance cycle inevitably proves to be counter-productive and invariably results in expensive repairs as paint systems fail.

Planned Maintenance Programme
We offer a planned maintenance programme where AC Beck manages the project from conception to completion.

The programme starts with an initial consultation with the prospective clients, whereupon we prepare a detailed survey of the designated building(s). The survey includes our recommendations on proposed redecoration cycles together with costing. The result is a complete system for the maintaining the building(s) over a specified number of years.

The programme is carried out with the backing of ICI under the Contractor Partnership, which benefits the customer by offering a professionally managed system with budgeted payment terms.
