There was a tight programme and a demanding budget. Lead prices had increased but we held our price firm. In the erection of scaffolding to the front and rear of the property, our scaffold lorries had to negotiate Red Route one-way systems. And to ensure pedestrian safety, we set critical start and finish times for work on pavements.

We were very pleased with the results, in particular the lead work to the ledges and cornices. The overall finish was of a high quality - and all the work was completed on time.
